During our session, you may experience time distortion, where minutes can feel like hours or vice versa. It's a common phenomenon and quite enjoyable. Some people describe feeling light, floaty, and dreamy, while others feel heavy and comfortably sedated. Your experience is unique to you, and there's no right or wrong way to feel.
You may also find that your memory during the session varies. Some people remember everything with vivid clarity, while others have a hazy memory, similar to waking from a dream. Rest assured, whatever you experience is perfectly normal and part of the hypnotic process.
You're always in control during hypnosis. You have the power to veto any suggestion that doesn't resonate with you, and you're sovereign over your own mind. Hypnosis is a collaborative process between us, and your comfort and safety are my top priorities.
There's no universal experience for hypnosis, and you don't even have to believe in it for it to work. Just relax, maybe even play along. You'll be amazed at the results because your mind is always at work whether you acknowledge it or not.
As we embark on this journey together, I encourage you to set an intention with your conscious mind, your goal-setter, while allowing your subconscious, your goal-getter, to work its magic. Imagine looking back on today and realizing that something shifted within you, that today was the day you had the breakthrough you've been yearning for.
